Mindful Empowerment: Making Mindful and Embodied Choices is a 5-week series of themed yin yoga classes based on the book “Turn Stress Into Bliss”, by one of my teachers, Michael Lee.

Each week you will be guided to experience yin postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and journaling. The intention of the course is to help you become more knowledgeable of yourself which in turn will help you make choices from a more mindful and embodied place.

Private Yoga Therapy Sessions

In a 1-on-1 private session, you will be guided through a series of yoga postures and encouraged to experience what happens in the present moment.

Throughout the session client and therapist will use dialogue to express their awareness of feelings, emotions, and thoughts.

At the end of the session, there will be time to integrate
and discuss the experience.
