Yes! Yoga experience is not needed to benefit from   a yoga therapy session.
Dress in light, comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
The amount of sessions you need will depend on what your goals and intentions are.   However, clients have expressed noticing positive change ranging from 1 to 3 sessions. 
Private Sessions cost $100 (in-person) or $60 (online), however first-time clients are able to receive 40% off their first session. The cost of a course series depends on the offering.
For a Private Session (in-person session), all you need to bring is your beautiful self! If you are experiencing an online Private Session, 2 yoga blocks, a pillow, blanket, a strap and journal (optional) are helpful to have for your practice.
Benefits vary from person to person, but what I have found is that people gain deeper  awareness of themselves, which in turn helps them feel empowered to reach their goals and bring positive change to their lives.

Yes! All bodies are welcome, and we will co-create a session that works for you. We will discuss any questions you have during an initial phone call. 
Sessions last about one hour. I will guide you through a sequence of yoga postures designed to help you explore sensations, emotions, and thoughts that arise in the moment. Near the end of the session, we will discuss the  experiences that become present for you, integrate them, and make connections on how to take what you learned from the session into your  life. Everything discussed in a session is confidential.
