A combination of yin yoga, breathwork, and mindful body awareness helps create a calm nervous system. This leads to managing stress in a more
effective way.
Practicing Yin Yoga complements the Yang style of a busy world. Find balance with these mindful postures. Having your practice be witnessed by a yoga therapist only accelerates your healing.
Yoga therapy provides the environment for you to witness and process your thoughts which leads to a calmer mind.
As we sit in stillness and meditate on the thoughts and emotions that arise inside of us, we have the opportunity to practice acceptance. This leads to greater self confidence and the courage to conquer life's challenges.
When our nervous systems are regulated, we are aware of our needs, and make choices that address those needs, we have the ability to feel an overall sense of well-being.
Exercise is one of the easiest ways to improve circulation of blood and "chi", but Yin Yoga postures improve circulation at a deeper level such as within fascia and internal organs.
